Just when we thought WISPAPALOOZA 2019 could not get more exciting, it was announced that Preseem had won the award for “Service of the Year”! Voted on by WISPA members, the WISPA awards recognize leading contributors within the Fixed Wireless industry. Specifically, the “Service of the Year” award was created to acknowledge a company that has introduced or substantially modified a service for the fixed wireless industry within the last calendar year. Recipients of the “Service of the Year” award maintain a service that has had the greatest positive impact on the businesses of WISPA Principal Members.

 

What Winning the Service of the Year Award Means for Preseem


Since its inception, Preseem has operated with the stated purpose of creating innovative networking solutions for network managers. As a result,
WISP operators using Preseem have been able to find and fix quality of experience (QoE) issues across their network. Consequently, WISPs have experienced lower rates of customer churn, reduced support costs, and an overall better networking experience. With all this being said, it is with great gratitude that we thank you, our customers and supporters. We say this wholeheartedly, that without your nomination we could never have expected to win this award.
